Community Organizations and Crafters: Boxborough Harvest Fair

The Boxborough Harvest Fair will be held Saturday September 8, 2018, from 11am-4pm at the Boxborough Town Hall, 29 Middle Rd, Boxborough.

Good afternoon Harvest Fair vendors,

We are really looking forward to seeing all of you on Saturday, September 8th at Town Hall in Boxborough for the 2018 Harvest Fair.  We, on the Harvest Fair Committee, have made every effort to make this year’s Fair a great success.  We hope you all agree!

This year we will be using both the Town Hall and UCC grounds to accommodate the larger size of this year’s Fair.  Because of that we have decided to close off Middle Road during the Fair to allow our guests to roam freely between both properties.  All vendor booths, with the exception of food, some games, music, exhibits and the cider making demonstration will be on the Town Hall parking lot.  We will have a large Information Booth sited near the Town Hall steps for check-in/registration.  The grounds will open at 8am for vendor setup on Saturday morning.  You will be able to drive your vehicles to your booth for setup between the hours of 8am and 10am.  After setting up, you must move your vehicles across the street to park in the church parking lot.  The street will be closed between 10am and 4pm to traffic, except for handicap parking and emergencies.  If you choose to leave before 4pm, you will not be able to drive in to load up from your booth.
When you arrive and when you leave, we ask that you check-in at the Information Booth so we know who is present on the grounds.  We have assigned booths this year, so we must greet you in the morning to give you your booth assignment:)  A site plan will be available at the Information Booth and your 12 x 12 space will be numbered on the ground and easy to locate.  Also, because we are putting the booths on the tarmac this year, we ask you to bring weights for your tent since you will not be able to stake it into the ground.  If you do not have access to such weights, please let us know in advance and we will try to assist you as best we can.
We have accommodated all requests that were made at the time of registration.  If you have any special needs that you forgot to mention, email me as soon as possible since changes cannot be made after this Thursday at noon.  We also ask that you let us know if your plans have changed and you will not be attending the Fair.

There are a limited number of outside 12ft x 10ft spaces are available for local Community Organizations; Artisans who wish to display or demo; Craft sellers; or other Vendors. There is a fee of $10 to reserve a space. The fee will be waived for Boxborough Community Organizations.

Registration for table spaces will close at Noon on Thursday September 6.

PLEASE NOTE: if you have requested a table space, check the following list to see whether your registration has been processed.
As of today these Vendors and Organizations are registered for spaces for the craft area.
